William “Alex” Orr

Alex, originally from Bentonville, Arkansas, moved to Tulsa, Oklahoma, in 2017. He began his legal education at the University of Tulsa College of Law in 2021. During his time there, Alex contributed to the TU Law Energy Law Journal as a Staff Editor and served as an Executive Editor for The Year in Review, an annual publication by the American Bar Association’s Section of Environment, Energy, and Resources.

With a keen appreciation for language, Alex is an avid writer and reader.
