Timothy S. Harmon

Tim is a partner with the law firm. He moved from Meridian, Mississippi in 1978 to attend college and has lived in Tulsa since that time. He is the proud father of three children, three stepchildren and the grandfather of eight. He received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Oral Roberts University in 1982 and a Juris Doctorate Degree from O. W. Coburn School of Law, Oral Roberts University, in 1985. He is licensed to practice law in the State of Oklahoma.

Tim is admitted to practice in all U. S. District Courts for the State of Oklahoma. He is a member of Tulsa County Bar Association, Oklahoma Bar Association and Defense Research Institute. His practice has primarily focused on the defense of civil litigation. He has defended a wide array of suits including trucking, product liability, construction defect, premises liability, security company negligence, medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, accounting malpractice, automobile liability, insurance agent negligence, bad faith, and others. He has held many roles throughout his practice including that of Senior Trial Attorney for a large personal lines insurance company and Coordinating Partner for a four-office law firm.

He has been a speaker at multiple seminars on the topics of defense of automobile negligence cases and defense of nursing home liability cases. In addition to trying over 40 jury and non-jury trials he has participated in multiple focus group presentations. Tim is skilled in all phases of litigation, from initial investigation through trial.
